The people living in the metropolitan or the urban areas suffered from the suffocation and the problem of the rehabilitation. The scenario of lifestyle spoils their life and they don't know how to overcome stress?  Let me tell you some tricks and activities to reduce the stress and feel relaxed in your life. I will tell you some tricks and activities to solve the same problem. Many time, you have seen the kids playing in the garden. They always feel happy and energetic. Why is it so?
This is because; they are out of stress and mental pressure.
In the first trick, you have to share your feeling and ideas to someone. You will feel very happy with the help of this method, it is a very useful trick to reduce stress from your life. You will feel happy, after doing this activity. If you are a happy person, life will be easier. But, if you are not happy in yourself, so your life will be harder. After doing such activities, you will definitely come out of the situation of stress and get a happy life.

In the second method, you have to perform meditation. In this activity, you have to sit on the floor and put your hands on knees, with closing lags. You have to sit for five minutes. In this activity, it is better to have closed the eyes. 
In the third step, you have to spend some time with your friends, family or close relatives for some hangout. Choose a better destination for hangout, like an amusement park, movies, dinner or any hill-station.
These tricks will definitely reduce the pressure and mental stress from your life. And get back happiness in your life.
